Work with your realtor to find your dream home or investment property. We will provide a pre-approval letter and contact the seller's agent when you make offers to reassure them you are a well-qualified borrower.

APPRAISE & INSPECT
We will order an appraisal to get an estimate of the value of the home you have issued a contract on. Your realtor will order the home inspection to look for defects in the home.

HASSLE-FREE CLOSING
Our team will issue closing documentation and final disclosures before your closing day. We will answer any questions and explain all closing documents for a hassle-free closing. We realize that closings are stressful, and ensure to do our part and make them as easy as possible.

MOVE-IN & RELAX
